Forefathers Group ("we," "us," "our") operates forefathersgroup.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, contact us, or buy something from our store, and how we use it. By using the site, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit our Start Your Project form, we collect your name, email address, company name, project timeline, project description, budget range, and the services you select. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in that message.

Purchases. If you buy from our Goods store, our e-commerce platform, Shopify, collects what is needed to complete the order: name, email, shipping and billing address, and order details. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, we and our service providers collect standard usage data through cookies and similar technologies. This includes pages viewed, time on site, referring website, approximate location (city or region), device type, browser, and operating system.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not use the site to serve targeted advertising.

Google Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect the usage data described above. We see that data only in aggregate. It is not used to identify you personally.

We keep project inquiries and order records for as long as needed to respond to you, complete our work, and meet legal and tax requirements. Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Analytics account, after which Google deletes it.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and our site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Children's Privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
