Tulsa’s own Howdy Burger is a tribute to the classic roadside burger stands that fed hungry travelers on Route 66.
When approached for a new flat-top burger stand going on the famous Route 66 serving up we knew the world was our oyster. From naming to the branding, all the way down to the color system and website we just went with what we knew. Our gut.
Watching Howdy Burger come together so seamlessly with Tulsa burger connoisseurs was easily one of the best experiences we’ve had as an agency. From the day we tried our first Howdy Burger we knew that they meant business.
I wish we had a really in-depth and intuitive breakdown of how we created a full 360 experience for Howdy Burger but we don’t. Once we had the name it designed itself. Whatever imagery first came to mind with the name we just rolled with it and it stuck like glue.
As long as we’ve been an agency we’ve been dreaming about a spaghetti western type of pattern to apply to pretty much anything, especially a cup of nice, ice-cold lemonade.
To round out the Howdy brand we took a no-nonsense approach with a pinch fo charm for those traveling through on Route 66. Hours, Menu, Location. What more do you need?
